Shipping Information

How do you ship?

Domestic Orders

We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will get your packages in an average of 5 days. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.

The shipping cost is $4 plus $1 per additional shirt in the US.

International Orders

We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 9-13 Days and this service is available throughout the world. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.

The shipping cost is $10 plus $1 per additionally shirt for international orders.

What are your shipping costs?

Here is a full list of all of our shipping costs. It includes United States Shipping, International Shipping and Additional product shipping costs.

We charge a flat fee on all our products shipped.

Example: Cost of a mug is 9.00 and US shipping is 4.50 you will be charged 13.50 for this order.

When setting up your shipping it is done through the Shopify back end.

Package Handling Procedures

  • If a package is lost or returned because of any reason, we will resend a new package at no cost to you.
  • If you receive a garment that is too small or too big we will send a new order out (providing the size replacement is one size larger or one size smaller) at no additional cost.
  • If you do not want a replacement for a defective garment or you want to cancel an order that has not made it into production Teelaunch will assign that customer service ticket to us to make the appropriate refund.
  • You cannot return or exchange for reasons other than defect or garment sizing issues.
  • You can only cancel, change, or edit address within 24 hours of when the order was placed. **There are some situations where that can be done much later depending on the factory and when the order was placed, but as a general rule it’s 24 hours.

What is your turnaround time?

We understand that you want your products shipped out as quickly as possible. It is also imperative to know in what time frame they will arrive to your doorstep. During off-peak months orders are processed within 5-6 business days and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days and ready for shipping.

When setting up your shipping label you have the option to use your address or the Fulfillment Center address as a return address for your packages:
